Your UK agent offers ATOL protection, established reputation, and years of experience. Those are real advantages, especially for peace of mind. We understand why that feels safer.
What we offer if something goes wrong: We are physically here. Not at the end of a phone in London – actually here at Velana Airport, 20 minutes from the resorts. Our first clients’ flight was delayed, we sorted it in person. That’s the trade-off: less established history, more physical presence.
Some travellers need the security of an established agent. Others are comfortable trying a smaller operator for the proximity advantage. Both are sensible choices.
